Our process
Brief
Every project starts with a clear brief.
Send us whatever you have: a product you want made, a drawing, a specification, a reference image or a full project schedule. It does not need to be resolved; a starting point is enough.
We review it, ask the questions that matter for manufacture, such as quantities, materials, finishes, tolerances and timing, and confirm whether and how it can be produced.

At this stage
What we need from you
- Drawings, specifications or reference images
- Quantities and approximate dimensions
- Preferred materials and finishes
- Target budget and timeline
- Delivery location
What you receive
- A review of the brief and its feasibility
- Clarifying questions where detail is missing
- Recommended materials or alternatives
- A clear direction for sourcing
No commitment is required at this stage.
Source
The right maker for the material, the method and the scale.
We identify suitable manufacturing partners within our international supplier network, matched to the material, technique, quantity and standard the brief requires.
Partners are compared on capability, quality, lead time and cost, and we present the options with a clear recommendation rather than a long list.

At this stage
What we need from you
- Approval of the agreed direction
- Any preferences on origin or supplier
- Confirmation of budget parameters
What you receive
- Recommended manufacturing partner
- Itemised quotation
- Minimum order quantities
- Indicative production and freight lead times
One point of contact.
We manage the makers.
Develop
Specifications resolved before anything is made.
We coordinate specifications, materials, finishes, samples and prototypes between you and the manufacturer, so every detail is agreed in writing before production.
Shop drawings are prepared and checked, material and finish samples are sent for approval, and a prototype is made where the piece calls for one.

At this stage
What we need from you
- Feedback on samples and drawings
- Sign-off on materials and finishes
- Approval of prototype, where required
What you receive
- Shop drawings for review
- Material and finish samples
- Prototype, where required
- A final approved specification
The approved specification sets the standard.
Produce
Production, coordinated from start to finish.
Once the specification is approved, production commences. We stay in contact with the manufacturer throughout, tracking progress against the schedule and resolving questions as they arise.
You receive regular updates and photographs, so you always know where the order stands without having to chase it.

At this stage
What we need from you
- Production approval
- Deposit, in line with agreed terms
What you receive
- A production schedule
- Regular progress updates
- Photographs from the workshop floor
- Early notice of any change to timing
Quality is monitored throughout production.
Quality Control
Checked against the approved specification, before it leaves.
Products are inspected against the approved specification prior to dispatch: dimensions, materials, finish, construction and packaging.
Anything that falls short is corrected at the source, before it is shipped, rather than discovered on site.

At this stage
What we need from you
- Nothing further. The approved specification is the benchmark
What you receive
- Pre-dispatch inspection
- Inspection report with photographs
- Defects resolved before shipping
- Packaging checked for the journey
What arrives is exactly what was approved.
Consolidate + Deliver
Many makers, one delivery.
We coordinate consolidation, international freight and delivery into Australia. Orders from several manufacturers are combined into one shipment where possible, reducing cost and handling.
We manage freight, documentation and customs clearance, then arrange delivery to site, store or warehouse, timed to the programme.

At this stage
What we need from you
- Delivery address and site access details
- Preferred delivery window
- Any installation or handling requirements
What you receive
- Consolidated shipping schedule
- Delivery coordination to site
- A single point of contact until handover
One partner,
from first brief to final delivery.
